Booking & Payment
Your occasion, beautifully planned.
We keep the booking process clear so you can focus on the event itself.
- Choose your services. Select the drinks and event add-ons that fit your occasion.
- Tell us about the event. Share the date, venue/location and estimated guest count.
- We confirm the details. We review availability, logistics and your booking total.
- Secure your date. A 60% deposit is required to secure your date.
- Complete payment. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event.
Service charge
A 15% service charge applies to the total invoice amount.
Planning ahead
Bookings should be made at least two weeks before the event date. If an express booking is accepted with less than two weeks’ notice, confirm the current additional fee with Highbridge Mix before payment.
Logistics charges are location-based and confirmed during booking.
