Terms of Service

By using the Highbridge Mix website or placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms and to provide accurate information needed to process your purchase or event.

Orders and bookings

Product and service descriptions, prices, availability, event requirements, and logistics should be reviewed before purchase. Event bookings are subject to date and service availability. Highbridge Mix may contact you to confirm event details before a booking is finalized.

Payments

Event bookings require a 60% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. A 15% service charge applies to event bookings where stated during the booking process.

Alcohol

Cocktail services contain alcohol. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable age, identification, venue, and local legal requirements. Highbridge Mix does not knowingly provide alcohol to minors.

Changes and cancellation

Because event services are date-specific and may require advance preparation, customers should contact Highbridge Mix as soon as possible about changes or cancellations. Refunds or credits are handled according to the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.
