Highbridge Mix provides made-to-order drinks and date-specific event beverage services. Because bookings are prepared and scheduled for a specific date, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an order.

Event bookings

A 60% deposit is required to secure an event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed according to the timing of the request and costs already incurred for preparation, staffing, venue, production, or third-party services, subject to applicable law.

Physical items or add-ons

If a physical item is supplied with an order and arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.
